Biological Efficacy & Pest Management Nature

Population Suppression: Pest control treatments are engineered to suppress, manage, and eliminate active infestations. Complete eradication cannot be guaranteed permanently without rigorous ongoing customer premise hygiene and physical proofing.
Re-Infestation Vectors: Pests can re-enter premises through external supply boxes, open drainage shafts, structural fissures, grocery packaging, or neighboring untreated premises. Such re-entry is biological and outside technician control.
Warranty Re-Treatments: In lieu of guarantees of permanent biological absence, ATx provides renewable warranties with free follow-up re-treatments during your active contract period.

Approved Eco-Chemical Formulations & Safety

All chemical termiticides, gel baits, insect growth regulators (IGRs), and aerosol sprays deployed by ATx are 100% registered and approved by the Central Insecticides Board & Registration Committee (CIB&RC), Government of India.
Formulations are applied strictly as per manufacturer Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and Integrated Pest Management (IPM) dilution standards to maximize target pest control while minimizing environmental footprint.

Health, Respiratory & Medical Disclaimer

While ATx utilizes low-toxicity, odorless, and government-approved chemical compounds, individual physiological sensitivities or allergic responses may vary.
Mandatory Disclosure: Clients must inform our team prior to treatment execution if any household occupant has severe respiratory conditions (asthma, COPD), is pregnant, is an infant under 12 months, or if domestic pets/aquarium fish are present.
ATx Pest Control Services is not liable for medical reactions resulting from undisclosed health vulnerabilities or failure to observe ventilation advisories.

Personal Property, Food & Valuables Disclaimer

Technician Protocol: Our service technicians are strictly instructed not to open, move, or handle unsupervised cash, jewelry, luxury electronics, delicate chinaware, or personal valuables.
Client Responsibility: Clients must relocate all food produce, cooking utensils, and sensitive personal belongings away from chemical spray boundaries prior to technician arrival.

Digital Verification & QR Plaque Disclaimer

The ATx Digital Certificate and QR Plaque system reflects real-time compliance records maintained on our secured servers.
A 'PEST-FREE' or 'ACTIVE' certificate indicates that the premises has undergone certified professional treatment within the designated schedule. It does not replace internal daily premise sanitation audits.
